Position description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Feedstock Supply Manager to join our team. The individual in this position will coordinate substrate supply agreements between the Supplier and the Biogas Plant. They will be responsible for managing relationships with Suppliers and will collaborate with the Feedstock Team and the Project Manager. The role will involve territorial travel for 50% of the time.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in agriculture, environmental protection and engineering, renewable energy sources - preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the agricultural or biogas industry.

  • Knowledge of the agricultural market, prices, and agricultural products in Poland.

  • Understanding of technological processes related to biogas production.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of environmental protection and waste management regulations.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Category B driving license.

  • Knowledge of English (preferred).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting negotiations, establishing cooperation with farmers/substrate suppliers, and coordinating the process of signing letters of intent and agreements.

  • Managing the delivery process of organic raw materials for biogas production.

  • Collaborating with raw material suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms of delivery.

  • Planning and optimizing raw material deliveries to ensure continuity of biogas production.

  • Analyzing and reporting the efficiency of raw material utilization.

  • Complying with environmental protection and occupational safety regulations.

  • Working closely with the biogas plant's operational team to maximize production efficiency.

  • Auditing suppliers according to RED II and RED III requirements.
